Main Terms:

  • Ownership of Intellectual Property: All materials within the AVS Blueprint, including but not limited to the 30+ lessons, 100+ templates, and proprietary frameworks, are the sole property of the Brand. Your purchase grants you a single-user license. Sharing login credentials or reselling templates is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

  • Course/Platform Access: You will have access to the online membership for as long as the product is maintained and your subscription is active and has not ended.

  • The "Vault" Lifetime Ownership: One of the core benefits of this product is the ability to "Own it Forever." You are provided with Canva Template Links for the Vault assets.

    • Action Required: To ensure lifetime ownership of our template vault, you must click the provided links and select "Use Template" to save a copy into your own personal Canva account.

    • Once saved to your own Canva account, you own that copy of the files permanently, regardless of whether you remain a member of our hosting platform in the future.

  • No Guarantees of Outcome: While the AVS Blueprint is built on frameworks that have produced high-level results for agencies and creators, we make no guarantees regarding specific follower counts, revenue, or viral success. Your results depend on your implementation, industry, and the ever-changing nature of social media algorithms.

  • Updates: We strive to keep the Blueprint updated with current trends; however, we are not liable for sudden changes in third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that may temporarily render a lesson or template outdated.


    Privacy Policy:

    • Information Collection: We collect only the data necessary to provide you with access to the AVS Blueprint (Name, Email, and Billing Address).

    • Third-Party Processing: Your payment information is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard, secure processors to handle transactions.

Refund Policy:

All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of the AVS Blueprint and the instant delivery of our proprietary Asset Vault (including downloadable templates and strategy lessons), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • The "Instant Access" Logic: Once you purchase, you gain immediate access to intellectual property that cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund.

  • Commitment to Quality: We have poured years of agency-level strategy into this system. If you encounter a technical issue accessing the vault, our support team is committed to resolving it within 72 business hours.

  • By purchasing the AVS Blueprint, you understand that you are buying a digital product. Access is delivered immediately via the email address provided at checkout. Because the content is delivered instantly, it is considered "consumed" at the time of purchase.

  • Due to the digital nature of this product and the fact that the content (including templates, vaults, and strategy guides) cannot be "returned," all sales are final. * By completing your purchase, you waive any "right of withdrawal" or "cooling-off period" provided by local consumer laws, as the performance of service begins the moment you receive your login or download link.
